Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement division is committed to improving and maintaining the quality of life and environment for all the City of Morganton residents. Working with citizens, the division strives to ensure that the City of Morganton continues to be a safe, more attractive place to live, work and play through the enforcement of City Codes. By ensuring safe, healthy places to live, work and play, it helps reduce the risk of declining property values and diminished community pride.
