Recently retired, Scott has taken up sketching and painting abstract art for fun and relaxation. He now displays his creations at several gallery’s and vintage stores for others to enjoy. Scott develops rough sketches on illustration board with pen and ink and highlights these with acrylic paint. Inspiration for his work comes from the study of some of the great abstract artists such as Miro, Calder, Picasso and Mondrian. Scott is a graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design and worked as a professional furniture designer in Morganton, NC.
