How to Rent a Recreation Facility

*All shelters can now be rented online for dates July 1, 2026 and beyond (up to 6 months in advance). **The Bethel Park and Martha's Park shelters can also be rented for May and June online. Please visit https://secure.rec1.com/NC/morganton-parks-recreation-nc/catalog to make your reservation.  

Anyone interested in renting an indoor facility or reserving a picnic shelter in May or June, other than Bethel or Martha's Park, must:

  1. Contact the Parks and Recreation Department to check availability

  1. Complete a rental form. Rental forms are available at Collett Street Recreation Center.
  2. Make payment

Reservations are not accepted until payment is made.
