The Morganton Parks & Recreation Department is looking for an energetic, organized, flexible individual to join the hometown team as a Field Supervisor to help supervise activities at our outdoor recreation facilities. Employee enforces center policies and procedures and assures facility operates in accordance with departmental rules and policies. Sound judgment and initiative is required. Work involves daily independent decision making in supervising a facility with extensive contact with the public.
This position will assist with athletic leagues, tournaments and other programs/activities as needed. Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays. Starting pay rate is $10.00 / hour. This is a temporary job currently scheduled for 20 hours a week.
