Foothills Regional Airport Authority

Meets monthly at the Foothills Regional Airport - 3566 Morganton Lenoir Airport Ave., Morganton, NC 28655

The Foothills Regional Airport is jointly owned by Burke County, Caldwell County, the City of Lenoir, and the City of Morganton. The Airport Authority Board is appointed by the two counties and the two city governments to act in an administrative capacity. The Board is vested with the authority to control, lease, maintain, construct, improve, operate and regulate the joint airport.

Members

Members serve two-year terms. The City Council appoints two members to the authority.
