RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve minutes as submitted.

B. Consideration of Approval of a Budget Amendment / Receipt of Racial Equality Community Grant for Human Relations Commission Programs

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve budget amendment of $16,300 to grant revenue and authorize the related expenditures.

C. Consideration of Approval of a Budget Amendment / Recreation and Mainstreet

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $30,000 for Recreation and Mainstreet projects

D. Consideration of Approval of a Budget Amendment / Recreation

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $6,000 for recreational purposes.

E. Consideration of Extending the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Under the Families First Corona Relief Act (FFCRA) and the Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act and the Approval of 2021 COVID-19 Emergency Leave for Employees

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the 2021 Covid-19 Emergency Leave for Employees as outlined.
