RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: Reappoint Jennie McNeilly as Tax Collector for a period of September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021.

C. Consideration of a Budget Amendment / Public Safety
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment to receive grant funds in the amount of $8,155 from the Kate B. Reynolds Foundation and the USDOJ Bulletproof Vest Partnership.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve attached pay ranges and job classification title changes dated September 14, 2020.
E. Consideration of Approval of Documents from City of Morganton Related to Refinancing by Morganton Trading Company
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve HUD Estoppel Certificate, and Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement, related to City’s lease of portion of Morganton Trading Company’s condominium unit #1, and to authorize the Mayor and/or the City Manager to execute the same.
