XI. Consent Agenda – All items below are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council member, staff member or citizen so requests. In the event a request is made, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered under Item XII.

A. Approval of Minutes – For a Regular Meeting held on November 4, 2019.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve minutes as submitted.

B. Consideration of Budget Amendments / Green Street Revitalization Project

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve budget amendments to appropriate/reallocate budget for the Green Street Revitalization Project.

C. Consideration of a Budget Amendment / Public Safety

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $18,000 to appropriate the receipt of a Governor’s Crime Commission grant with funds to be used to purchase a Rapid Deployment Surveillance system.


D. Consideration of a Budget Amendment / CoMMA

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $41,400 to appropriate the receipt of an insurance reimbursement for damages to the CoMMA sign and budget for the corresponding expenditure.

E. Consideration of Award of Contract for a Sewer Line Capacity Evaluation for the Terrace Sewer Basin

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve and authorize a proposal, for engineering services from WK Dickson to perform a hydraulic sewer capacity evaluation of the Terrace sewer basin in the amount of $28,300.
