B. Consideration of Tax Releases in the Amount of $361.27

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve tax releases in the amount of $361.27.

 C. Consideration of a Budget Amendment / Recreation

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment to appropriate contributed funds from the Optimist Club for the skate park in the amount of $15,000.

D. Consideration of a Budget Amendment / Recreation

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $5,000 to appropriate the receipt of funds from ElectriCities to be used for lighting at the skate park.

E. Consideration of a Budget Amendment / Development & Design

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $139,600 to appropriate funds received from Duke Energy for boat launch.

F. Consideration of Application for a Certificate of Taxicab Franchises

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve second/final reading of issuance of Taxicab Franchises to Michael W. Gilbert (Ace Cab), Larry Segars (City Cab) and Claudia Morales (Becerra Translation & Associates).
