Customer Service Specialist – CoMMA: This position provides administrative support and customer service, primarily working in the box office and “front of theater”.
Duties include acting as the primary receptionist for telephone calls and walk-in requests; handling tickets sales (both online and in person); maintaining office records related to sales & billing; recording and submitting employee payroll records, assisting in marketing and public relations tasks; performing various errands and tasks related to patron and performer hospitality, such as artist transportation on show days and auditorium operations; scheduling and maintaining art gallery activities via gallery guild; assisting in light janitorial and maintenance duties based on the demands of the auditorium; and other related duties.
Successful candidate will provide polite, courteous, and helpful customer service and be able to communicate effectively in person, via internet and by telephone and be able to operate a computer, calculator, fax, copier and related equipment. Two year associates degree and some customer service background or experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
Salary range is $ 27,563 - $ 41,345.
