As part of the City's service to Morganton residents, businesses, and the general public, parts of City Hall are available for private use including the first and second-floor lobby, Council Chambers, Council conference room, upstairs break room, and two conference rooms. The City reserves the right to determine if a particular function is inappropriate, and the City manager's discretion in this regard is final.
