CoMMA Performing Arts Center Unveils Spectacular 40th Anniversary Season
MORGANTON, N.C. — The curtain is rising on a milestone season at CoMMA Performing Arts Center. Celebrating 40 years of bringing world-class entertainment to Downtown Morganton, CoMMA is proud to announce its exciting 2026–2027 MainStage lineup, featuring an unforgettable mix of music, comedy, Broadway favorites, symphonic performances, and family entertainment.
From legendary tribute acts and chart-topping musicians to Broadway hits and acclaimed comedians, this anniversary season promises eight months of extraordinary live entertainment in one of Western North Carolina’s premier performance venues.
With 1,100 seats and exceptional sightlines throughout the theater, CoMMA offers audiences an intimate and immersive experience for every performance. Whether you're a longtime patron or attending for the first time, the 40th Anniversary Season is packed with can't-miss events.

Season Packages
Season packages go on sale July 13 and are available for $450 plus tax. The package includes all 13 MainStage performances and offers a savings of 45% compared to purchasing individual Tier 1 tickets.
Single-event tickets will go on sale August 10 at 12:00 p.m.

- March 4, 2027 – Eastwood by Eastwood starring Kyle Eastwood (iconic arrangements from Clint Eastwood’s classic films)
- March 17, 2027 – The Simon & Garfunkel Story
- March 23, 2027 – Legally Blonde: The Musical
- April 9, 2027 – Randy Travis & The Original Randy Travis Band with guest vocalist James Dupré
- May 8, 2027 – Western Piedmont Symphony: Shaken, Not Stirred – The Music of James Bond
FamilyStage Series
In addition to the MainStage season, CoMMA will present a FamilyStage Series designed especially for children, youth, and families. These family-friendly performances welcome wiggles and giggles in a relaxed performance atmosphere.
All FamilyStage tickets are $13 plus tax.

- November 7, 2026 – The Magic of Jeki Yoo (11:00 a.m.)
- December 19, 2026 – The Barter Players: Frosty – A Musical Adventure (2:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.)
- February 6, 2027 – The Barter Players: Peter Pan (2:00 p.m.)

The CoMMA Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and one hour prior to all performances.
