Man Wore Victims Blouse After Breaking into a Home on Bouchelle St

Officers responded to 424 Bouchelle Street after receiving a call from a family member that a stranger was inside the residence.  Officers arrived and found the back door to the residence broken and glass on the floor.  Officers began to clear the home and located a Moises Ailon Agustin sitting in a recliner in one of the bedrooms with a blanket over his head.  Agustin was taken into custody and placed in a patrol car.  The home owner arrived moments later and informed officers that Agustin was wearing her blouse.  Agustin was taken before the magistrate and charged with Felony B&E and Misdemeanor Property Damage.  He is being held under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
